Building teams that scale

When I stepped into this role the team was navigating leadership transition, Return to Office changes and team attrition. My focus was to create stability, clarity and consistency so the team could do their best work. Under my leadership, UX delivery quality improved, stakeholder confidence returned and team sentiment increased measurably with a +27 point Glint satisfaction score increase from 50 to 77 (beating the Kraft Heinz company average by two points).
